49 inch hay spear is item #49FXJ is rated for 3,800lbs @ 30”, it has a four-sided flute design making it omni-directional. The SUPERSTIX is 49” in length and 1 3/4" in diameter, can handle haylage, silage, cornstalk, etc. Comes with our 144 sleeve and nuts. The farmer needs a spear that begins to taper from sleeve to tip, sliding into and out of the bale. There isn't a stronger 49 inch hay spear on the market. Tested at a 30 inch work load.
