Cross bolt sleeve refers to the sleeve welded onto your machine that holds your bale or hay spear. Comes in different diameters for different spears. The cross bolt sleeve has a pre drilled hole that once aligned with your bale spear allows for the bolt to go through both and just tighten the nut on the bolt and done.
