Our tapered 49″  bale spike is our best seller. It’s 1-3/4″ thickness, 49″ length and our design make this the powerhouse of all bale spikes for moving your round bales. Since 2001, our quality has stayed the same and we test our spike at a 30″ workload giving you a more accurate rating unlike the competitors testing at 24″ which isn’t typically the center of a round bale. Rated at 3,500 lbs and a one year warranty against all manufacturing defects. This 49″ bale spike comes with our patented doublenut® system. It comes with 2 nuts and one of those being a jam lock nut. When tightened, it prevents your bale spike from vibrating loose over time and all farmers know that’s the number one reason for failure of bale spikes.
